Return Window & Eligibility

Stock Items: Standard stock items may be returned within 45 days of delivery.

Deadline: Returned items must be received at our facility within this 45-day window without exception.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom fabricated systems—including those with custom heights, angles, or glass—are non-refundable.
The Return Process

Request an RMA: You must email Inline Design to receive a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items. Returns sent without an authorized RMA will not be accepted.

Shipment Timeline: Your RMA# expires one week after it is issued. You are expected to ship your return within this one-week timeframe.

Provide Tracking: Once you have shipped your return, you must email your tracking information to Inline Design to ensure we can monitor its arrival.

Shipping Methods: We accept returns via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We do not accept returns sent via USPS due to high rates of lost or stolen items.
- Packaging Your Return: To ensure your return is processed smoothly and you receive your full refund, items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you are returning railing posts, please watch our helpful instructional video on how to properly pack the posts before shipping them back to us. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Shipping & Liability

Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging: Please package items carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Liability: Customers are liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the return process. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance with your chosen carrier.
Refunds & Restocking Fees

Condition Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Stainless steel products require reconditioning/re-polishing before they can be resold.

Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued for completely unused items in their original condition.

Partial Refunds: Items showing signs of use or wear (e.g., missing original packaging, light scratches) are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 30% to 90%.

No Refund: Items with deep scratches or significant damage that prevents resale will not be refunded.

Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable. These include:

Shopify: 2.25% + $0.30 (Visa/Mastercard) or 3.15% + $0.30 (Amex).

PayPal Express: 3.5%.
