5% Photo Rebate Program

Inline Design offers eligible customers the opportunity to receive a 5% rebate credit in exchange for approved, high-quality photos of their completed railing, handrail, glass railing, bar railing, or related installation.

This program is separate from any limited-time promotion, free shipping offer, sale pricing, or discount currently advertised on our website.

Customers with qualifying online orders, custom orders, custom-quoted orders, partial orders, or special orders may still be eligible for the 5% Photo Rebate Program, subject to photo approval and completion of a signed photo release form.

How the 5% Photo Rebate Works

  1. Complete your Inline Design installation.

  2. Clean the space and prepare the product for photography.

  3. Email rebate@inlinedesign.com with your order number.

  4. Inline Design will send you a Dropbox upload link.

  5. Submit your original, high-resolution project photos.

  6. Our marketing team will review the photos for quality, usability, and program eligibility.

  7. If approved, you will be asked to sign a photo release form.

  8. After approval and completion of the photo release, the 5% rebate credit will be processed.

Rebate Amount

The rebate amount is equal to 5% of the eligible order subtotal.

The eligible order subtotal is calculated after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes, CAD fees, design fees, special service fees, and any other charges.

Example: If the eligible product subtotal is $5,000, the approved rebate amount would be $250.

Eligibility

  • The order subtotal must be $2,000 or more, calculated after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes, CAD fees, design fees, and other charges.

  • Custom orders, custom-quoted orders, partial orders, and special orders may be considered for the 5% Photo Rebate Program.

  • The rebate applies only to the original main order or invoice.

  • Separate orders, additional invoices, replacement orders, or follow-up purchases are treated separately and do not combine with the original order value.

  • Approval is not automatic. Photos must meet Inline Design’s quality standards and must be approved for marketing use.

  • The rebate is conditional on approved photos and completion of a signed photo release form.

Photo Requirements

To qualify, submitted photos must clearly showcase the finished Inline Design product and meet the requirements below:

  • The installation must be fully completed.

  • The space must be clean, finished, and free of construction debris.

  • No visible tools, boxes, loose hardware, ladders, tape, trash, or distracting objects.

  • Stainless steel products must be cleaned before photos are taken.

  • Photos must be bright, sharp, and in focus.

  • Blurry, dark, low-resolution, or poorly framed photos will not qualify.

  • Original photo files are required.

  • Minimum photo width: 2048 pixels.

  • At least 4 photos must be landscape orientation, meaning the width is greater than the height.

Required Number of Photos

Submit a minimum of 8 approved photos per $10,000 order value increment.

Example: a $12,345 order that includes posts and wall-mounted handrail brackets requires at least 16 usable photosshowing the full system, product details, posts, brackets, close-ups, and overall finished installation.

What to Include

  • Wide shots showing the full railing or handrail system.

  • Close-up photos of product details.

  • Photos from multiple angles.

  • Photos showing the surrounding architecture, deck, stairs, balcony, or view.

  • Photos that show the variety of Inline Design products included in the order.

Ideal Photo Format

  • Photos taken with a DSLR or high-quality smartphone camera.

  • Bright natural lighting whenever possible.

  • HDR or RAW files are preferred when available.

  • Clean composition with the Inline Design product clearly visible.

Approval Terms

Submitting photos does not guarantee rebate approval. Photos must meet Inline Design’s quality standards and must be approved for marketing use before any rebate credit is issued.

Inline Design reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet the requirements listed on this page or that do not meet the quality level needed for publication.

It is common for our team to request additional photos or revised photos before approval. The review process is usually completed within 1 to 2 business days after photos are received.

Important Notes

  • This 5% Photo Rebate Program is separate from any free shipping promotion, discount, coupon, or sale currently advertised on the website.

  • Orders excluded from a free shipping promotion may still be considered for this program.

  • Custom orders are not automatically excluded from the 5% Photo Rebate Program.

  • The rebate is conditional on approved photos and completion of a signed photo release form.

  • Inline Design may use approved photos across its website, gallery, social media, email marketing, advertising, and other media platforms.

  • Inline Design reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this program at any time.
